1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InfoPub. By accessing or using our service at app.infopub.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infonity AI (Beijing Infonity Technology Co., Ltd.), referred to as “InfoPub,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. Description of Service

InfoPub is a social media management platform designed to help users create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms (collectively, “Third-Party Platforms”).

Our services include:

• Smart content creation and optimization
• Multi-platform content scheduling and publishing
• Social media analytics and performance tracking
• Account management tools and automation workflows
• Knowledge base and asset library management

3. Account Registration

To use InfoPub, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use InfoPub. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Third-Party Platform Integration

InfoPub allows you to connect and manage your accounts on Third-Party Platforms. By using these integration features:

• Authorization: You authorize InfoPub to access your Third-Party Platform accounts via OAuth or similar authentication protocols. We will only access the data and permissions you explicitly grant.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with each Third-Party Platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and policies. InfoPub is not responsible for your violations of these terms.
• Agency Relationship: InfoPub acts as your authorized agent to publish, schedule, and manage content on Third-Party Platforms on your behalf. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content published through our service.
• Platform Changes: Third-Party Platforms may modify their APIs, policies, or revoke access at any time. We are not liable for service interruptions or feature limitations resulting from such changes.
• Content Compliance: All content you create and publish through InfoPub must comply with the community guidelines, content policies, and acceptable use policies of each Third-Party Platform. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these policies.
• Account Disconnection: You may disconnect your Third-Party Platform accounts at any time through your InfoPub account settings. We will cease accessing those accounts once disconnected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InfoPub to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Publish illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) in violation of platform policies
• Engage in any activity that violates Third-Party Platform terms of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through InfoPub. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Platform: InfoPub, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Infonity AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring such content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies before publication.

7. Content Publishing

InfoPub is a tool that facilitates content creation and publishing. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you publish through our platform
• We do not pre-screen, monitor, or endorse user content
• We are not liable for any content published by you or other users
• You should review all AI-generated content before publishing to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Published content is subject to Third-Party Platform policies, and we are not responsible for content removal or account suspension by those platforms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InfoPub is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with Third-Party Platforms or their continued availability

You use InfoPub at your own risk. We do not warrant that our service will meet your specific requirements or achieve particular results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infonity AI and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Content removal or account suspension by Third-Party Platforms
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches
• Reliance on AI-generated content or analytics

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of InfoPub shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ¥100 CNY if no fees were paid.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We may also discontinue the service with 30 days' notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use InfoPub will cease immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies, unless required by law to retain it.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of InfoPub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beijing, People's Republic of China.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address
• Displaying a notice within the InfoPub application

Your continued use of InfoPub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our service.
